Healthy and delicious, perfect for breakfast or a yummy pudding!
Ingredients: (for two people)
- 2 cups of almond milk (or another non-dairy milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup plus 3Tbsp chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- about 1 tsp turmeric powder (use a little more or less depending on your taste)
- 6 grinds of black pepper (don’t leave this out – it helps with the absorption of turmeric)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla essence
